Acupuncture for Allergy Relief!

Spring is here and I know for many of you that means allergies!  This can manifest as stuffy or runny nose, itchy eyes, sinus pressure and headaches and overall low energy.  Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs can help ease these symptoms and strengthen your immune system so your body does not react to so many pollens and grasses.  In just one treatment, I can relieve sinus pressure and stuffiness, headaches, and itchy eyes.  Chinese herbs can be used in a capsule or liquid form to help in between acupuncture sessions.  This is much healthier way to treat allergies than with over the counter medications that can become addictive and stop being effective.  Please call or email today so we can set you up to get through this allergy season with ease!  Happy Spring Everyone!!

I believe that everyone has noticed the cold, dark days of winter this season. I have personally witnessed the weather affecting many people's mood, health, energy, motivation and sleep patterns.

Good news is: Spring is right around the corner, daylight savings is coming and we will all blossom with the light and warmth of the new season. For now, though, it is important to support your health to get through these last few weeks of winter. Flu has been especially widespread so it is essential to support your immune system with acupuncture, herbs, supplements, and a balanced diet. Before we know it, this will all be behind us and we will be thriving in the essence of Spring beauty!

Sleep patterns can be greatly affected by the shorter days and unexpected cold. If this has affected you, please come in for a tune up to get back on track. Sleep is essential for healthy immunity, mood and energy levels. Proper sleep also allows us to have steady energy levels and a good mental state, allowing us to flow through our days with ease.

Exercise is also essential in keeping us healthy, allowing for good circulation to our physical body and brain. This makes us feel good each and every day, regardless of the weather or short days.

So give your body a boost with an Acupuncture treatment today and spring into this new season with joy and vibrant health!
