I recently did a 3 week whole body cleanse, mental, physical, and emotional. It was a complete reset for me and reminded me to live with Intention so we can enjoy vibrant energy and health. It is so easy in our busy lives to forget about our health as we are constantly working, emailing, etc. These are the tools I used and it was a wonderful 3 week reset!
1 - Eating only whole, organic food. Nothing processed, low sugar and caffeine
2 - Exercising regularly to improve strength, circulation and reduce inflammation
3 - Practicing good sleep patterns: no screen time 1 hour before bed, light stretching and a bath or reading instead
4 - Spending time in nature as much as possible to calm the nervous system and relieve stress
I felt so great having this reset, my sleep improved, my energy stayed consistent through the day and I felt grounded and calm, ready to deal with anything with ease.
I am now offering Cleanse packages from 7-21 days and 90 minute Acupuncture with Nutritional Counseling. This would include assessing your current diet, making necessary changes and adding supplements or herbs that would help you recharge your health!
