Acupuncture for Allergy Relief!

Spring is here and I know for many of you that means allergies!  This can manifest as stuffy or runny nose, itchy eyes, sinus pressure and headaches and overall low energy.  Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs can help ease these symptoms and strengthen your immune system so your body does not react to so many pollens and grasses.  In just one treatment, I can relieve sinus pressure and stuffiness, headaches, and itchy eyes.  Chinese herbs can be used in a capsule or liquid form to help in between acupuncture sessions.  This is much healthier way to treat allergies than with over the counter medications that can become addictive and stop being effective.  Please call or email today so we can set you up to get through this allergy season with ease!  Happy Spring Everyone!!

Living An Inspired Life!

I am writing to you all today to ask you to challenge yourself to live an inspired life, fueled by intention, and leading you to live your best days! This is simple and just requires 3 small steps to provide you with fulfillment and joy.

1 - Take 2 minutes each morning upon waking to write down your intention for the day!

Examples are being productive, flowing with ease and grace, or just smiling

2 - Look inside your heart and write down what feels the best outcome for the day - that could mean a busy day at work or taking a rest day for yourself in nature.

3 - Feel your physical body by rolling around a bit in bed and see what areas may need a little extra attention today. That could mean taking time for a walk, a bath, or getting out the Thera gun to massage your tight shoulders.

Taking a few minutes can change the course of your days in such a positive manner. You may want to call an old friend, find time for a beach walk, go to a yoga class, or schedule an Acupunture or massage appointment so you have something to look forward to.

Try this for a week or 2, or a whole month and see the positivity and consciousness you can create just by staying in bed an extra 5 minutes to set intentions. (And who doesn't want to stay in bed 5 minutes longer!)

Tiny moments of reflection can cause a positive change in all the people we react with throughout our days. So let's come together, smile at stranger's, breathe in nature and nourish your soul. You deserve that!

Smile- it's a brand new day!
