Acupuncture for Allergy Relief!

Spring is here and I know for many of you that means allergies!  This can manifest as stuffy or runny nose, itchy eyes, sinus pressure and headaches and overall low energy.  Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs can help ease these symptoms and strengthen your immune system so your body does not react to so many pollens and grasses.  In just one treatment, I can relieve sinus pressure and stuffiness, headaches, and itchy eyes.  Chinese herbs can be used in a capsule or liquid form to help in between acupuncture sessions.  This is much healthier way to treat allergies than with over the counter medications that can become addictive and stop being effective.  Please call or email today so we can set you up to get through this allergy season with ease!  Happy Spring Everyone!!

Life, Loss and Healing

As many of you know, I lost my sweet beloved dog Beau to the other side of the rainbow last week. It has been incredibly sad and difficult, and I appreciate all of you for your understanding and hugs. It helps so much.

This has also taught me again about life and loss and hardships that we all go through and the importance of human connection and support. Without community, I would of been so lost during this process. And every day, whether we like it or not, someone is losing someone they love, or facing a difficult health issue, or financial struggles, all the things of day to day life. Sometimes it's all beautiful and easy, and sometimes the dark clouds come in.

The importance here is to know we have each other to lean on and support us and hold us in times of hardship. That is the definition of humanity in my mind. And why I was called to do what I do in helping people heal, in whatever they may need on any given day. Our culture in general has become so isolated and that is not how it has to be. I strive to be there for all my patients, whatever it is they may be facing, as we all will at times in life. It's the duality of life, there are beautiful moments and there are sad moments, but each moment has something to teach us.

Never be afraid to reach out and ask for help and support. We are meant to be together on this planet to do this for one another. I am so truly grateful for all of you who have offered comfort to me over this last month and it is my goal as a healer to always to be able to offer that to each and every one of you.

In gratitude and love, I wish you all comfort and healing each time I treat you.

Be well and see you all soon, Jane

Hi Jane

I just saw this and I am so sorry about Beau. I know how difficult it must be for you. I just saw this bc as you know I sold my house and with the move my life has been turned upside down. But I only moved to West Ashley so when things settle down I will be in touch. My thoughts are with you.
