Inspiration for the New Year!

As we come close to 2026, I invite you to not set goals necessarily, but to reflect on what matters to you most. What is most important for you, individually, to focus on in the New Year. Is it your health, work/life balance, family and friends, community, connecting with nature, creativity? Whatever it may be for YOU is what is significant. Spend some time writing and meditating and try to discovers what matters to you most. What will bring you a great sense of peace and happiness in 2026.

The holidays are often a stressful time and I invite you to take time for some self care in January. Start that meditation practice that you have been putting off, go to a yoga class, get some acupuncture treatments to support your mental and physical health. We want to start the New Year inspired and invigorated, not exhausted and stressed out from the holiday chaos. Put yourself first and see what that brings!
I will be out of the office January 11-25th to re-energize my soul so please come in before I leave and find some clarity, both in mind and soul.
