
Creating Space for You and Your Well Being

Creating space for ourselves is often overlooked, although of utmost importance. I LOVE what I do as a healer and it truly lifts me up to be able to listen, hear, and lead you to optimal health. However my life has been a bit challenging lately as my sweet dog Beau passed and my Mom is struggling with her fight against cancer.
This has been difficult, but also taught me so many things that are crucial to keep myself grounded in order to help all of you in a conscious manner. For me it is yoga, the ocean, meditation and taking small moments in my day to just breathe. Think about what helps you and practice self care during times of difficulty. What does taking time for you mean?
I know many of you have had struggles lately too with a loved one, family member or furry friend. The lesson here I think is self care and being able to feel safe in asking for help. We can all do this for each other and create a strong bond of healing, no matter what the hardship may be.
So please, reach out, if you just need to talk, a hug, time in nature or acupuncture. Try to tune in with yourself every morning and make space for your mental and physical health.
I am here for you always. Ready to cater your acupuncture for whatever may be needed that day. Energy shifts constantly and each day may be different, but I am here to offer you compassion, healing and kindness.
