Acupuncture for Allergy Relief!

Spring is here and I know for many of you that means allergies!  This can manifest as stuffy or runny nose, itchy eyes, sinus pressure and headaches and overall low energy.  Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs can help ease these symptoms and strengthen your immune system so your body does not react to so many pollens and grasses.  In just one treatment, I can relieve sinus pressure and stuffiness, headaches, and itchy eyes.  Chinese herbs can be used in a capsule or liquid form to help in between acupuncture sessions.  This is much healthier way to treat allergies than with over the counter medications that can become addictive and stop being effective.  Please call or email today so we can set you up to get through this allergy season with ease!  Happy Spring Everyone!!

Exercise is a crucial aspect of optimizing our health and longevity. As we age, strength training becomes very important. After 40 years old, we begin to lose muscle mass, bones become fragile and joints stiffen. We need to add strength training to our routine at this point or there is a time when one cannot regain muscle mass that has been lost.

BE STRONG
BE STRONG

When we are strength training, often times our muscles become strong but short and tight so that range of motion is not optimal and injury can easily occur. This is where Acupuncture comes in. Acupuncture can help ease tight muscles and allow them to become strong and long so that range of motion is ideal, decreasing inflammation and pain. Adding a stretching routine helps even further in keeping your muscles supple and lean.

I am now offering a 75 minute Acupuncture and Stretching treatment for $140. This includes a full Acupuncture treatment and then 20 minutes of instruction on specific stretching techniques for your pain or injury. This will allow you to stay active and strong through your whole life and keep you pain free doing the activities that you love!
